Excellent video Paul! Thank you for sharing. I took notes and will list the questions here for those of us that are bookmarking this video-my improvement for this morning! 0:19 How do you create a strong corporate culture? 1:32 How do we hire at Fastcap? 3:08 How do we get away from "managing people" and get people to work together in a collaborative way? 4:18 How do you motivate people without money? 5:56 How do you get people to solve problems without assistance? 6:50 How do you deal with people sabotaging the system or undermining what you are doing? 8:04 What can be the real economic effects of doing lean in a company and what is it at Fastcap? 9:28 How do you control people in light of the pandemic because people are working from home?

I love it! Thank you for sharing this and all the other videos that you’ve made. I’m just starting my journey, but these concepts are already part of my core beliefs as a person, so all of this just resonates with me. I also thank you for putting your audiobooks out and I have just started the process of listening to small chunks of them each day to hone in my skills and be the best I can be in this. I downloaded the app and have applied the categories to my life and it’s keeping me focused on my targets! All this really to say thank you! All of this is a huge help and I really appreciate you putting it all out there for us!

Jonathan I’m not sure if you’re aware but I also just launched a second app called 2 Second lean play. It has all my books on audio and it has all the same features as the Audible app and everything is free. please pass it on to as many people as you can you can. You can get it on the play store and on the App Store if it’s not on the play store yet it will be available any day.

I remember the 1st thing we were taught on the TPS course. The most important person in plant is the production operator. They are the last ones to touch the product. The next to touch the product is the customer.
