Communication is key. Any relationship works better when both parties express his/her own feelings openly. Bring it to a comfortable setting and make amends for something wrong or problem committed by anyone of you and discuss it, solve it together. It's a partnership and it requires effort on each one; a relationship needs teamwork. There should be a meeting of the minds, openly...requires a compromise.
