Quick And Easy Family Dinners For The Week || Kosher || Sonya’s Prep
I love watching dinner prep videos to get loads of inspiration for what to cook for my family and thought that this would make a fun video for you to see a week of meals that I Prepare as a busy working mom. I’ll take you along day by day and show you what I prep.

Recipes:
🍚 Basmati Rice:
2 cups rice
2.5 - 3 cups water
1 tbsp oil
salt
bake at 400F for 35-40 minutes
🐓 Chicken:
Cut chicken thighs Into bite sized pieces
Season with S/P Paprika and garlic powder
Add 2 tbsp of oil into a skillet and sauté until cooked. Remove from skillet into a separate plate.
Sauté 1 onion until translucent. Add chicken back in with flat beans. Add 2-3 tbsp tomato paste and 1/4 Cup Of water. Cook covered fire 5-10 minutes.
🍌Banana Muffins:
INGREDIENTS:
4 very ripe medium bananas
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup avocado oil
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon fine-grain sea salt
1/3 c of silk vanilla creamer
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients.
Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake until middle is set and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean, 45 - 55 minutes.
🍝 Penne Ala Vodka:
Cook penne as per the instructions on the box
In a pot melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add 7 cloves of minced garlic. Add in Tomato sauce and season with S/P and oregano. Add heavy cream until sauce becomes pink.
