Quick and easy Kalakand recipe- Kalakand is a popular sweet made with Chena/ Chana( Indian cottage cheese).This is not instant Kalakand recipe, but this is easy to make by using simple ingredients for the festive season. If you use store-bought ricotta cheese, it will take 20-25 minutes to get this make-ahead homemade sweet, and 20 minutes extra to make fresh Chena.
