I love, love, LOVE your locs!!! And I agree, they're not quite 'short'...like you said, smedium. Lol. My favorite style is the one using the small clips in the front.

For your pineapple try using a skinnier pony tail holder doubled and if it’s too tight just pull a few from around the perimeter.

I’ve tried different hair ties and techniques and it’s just not there yet🥺 maybe once they get a little longer lol

Wow they have grown and are beautiful. I ended up cutting mine off back in October. I do plan to loc again because I’m so lazy with my hair and this throwing in a headband wig is getting annoying.

Your locs are always beautiful and I never shampoo mine but every six weeks when I go get them done I between I don't do anything lol I'm like 20 months in keep the motivation going cause I'm tempted to cut mine I got a lot of lint no build up just lint geesh lol

Okay because sometimes I feel like I don’t need to wash my hair every other week like some and I am perfectly fine with that! I almost got caught up with lint from a sweater and I had to pick it out of my back locs. Lint would drive me absolutely insane😭 I know it doesn’t fix the problem but have you thought about dying them or putting a rinse in your hair? I know some ppl say it helps camouflage the lint.

I miss this length! I’m almost to my butt and I’m missing a lot of styles that don’t look the same since they were shorter.

I just learned so much from your videos. Have you ever lost a loc or had to cut one because it was thinning? What do you do to prevent this if you have experienced thin locs at the root?

i’m kind of new to this loc journey but can i ask you a question i’m 8 months in my locs but the front of my hair the end most of my ends still haven’t loc but the rest of my hair is loc can you please tell me how long do it take for the ends to loc as well i’m so confused it taking this long 😫🤦🏽‍♀️😂

It just depends!. It can take up to 2 years for your locs to fully loc up especially if you have a looser texture in the front. Some of mine that are in the front have curly ends and I’m approaching 2 years. Lol they will eventually loc up!!

@@xclusivetina awww thank you for letting me no that and getting back to me cause i was thinking it wasn’t gonna ever loc and i was about to give up on them even though i’m like them i hve really bad frizz which is annoying kind of getting use to it but it a lot lol do you hve frizz and do that go away as well i was tld i’m going through the ugly stages lol 😂

Yes, the frizz will go away also. It’s just all apart of the process! It will get better!
