How about adding hing?is it compulsory. Your methos of rasam is very easy. How about adding hing doll.

Hing is not compulsory, and yes it's very easy

hing is a must for making rasam unless u prepare rasam with mutton stew

Did all the tamarind melt into the water or did you strain out the stringy bits.

You have to squeeze the tamarind in water and strain the termerine out

You realise it’s a presentation for a rasam recipe not a launch of a space craft. It’s a good simple recipe I loved it .
