250 g cottage cheese
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 capsicum
2-3 green chillies
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Maggi masala magic ( optional )
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/3 cup oil

Hi mam...mai humesa bahut sari receipe dekhti hu lekin bnati nhi lekin aapki recipe dekhte hi lga ye try krna chahiye or maine aaj bnaya...sbne bahut tarif ki...or mere bhaiya ko shayd hi koi recipe acchi lgti hai unko ye bahut pasand aayi...thanku so much mam
