Servings: 12-14 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 70 grams of sugar (1/3 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 60 grams of yogurt (1/4 cup)
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- lemon peel
- 280 grams of all-purpose flour (1+1/2 cups + 2 tbsp)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Additionally:
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 15 minutes.
