Cinnamon Rolls 🍞
For the dough: 😋
- Flour - 500 g
- Milk - 280 ml
- Butter - 60 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 120 g
- Salt - 2/3 tsp.
- Dry yeast - 11 g
- Cinnamon - 4 tsp.
Dough Preparation: 🥣
1. Combine warm milk with 2 tbsp. of sugar and yeast, mix well, cover with a towel, and let it rest in a cozy, warm spot for 10 minutes. 🕙
2. Stir in the egg, sprinkle in the salt, and give it another good mix. 🥚
3. Gently incorporate sifted flour, ensuring each addition is well mixed. 🌾
4. As the dough thickens, pour your heart into kneading it by hand. 🤲
5. Continue kneading until the dough is smooth and your soul feels a bit of peace, around 5 minutes. 🕒
6. Shape the dough into a loving ball, grease a bowl with butter, place your dough to rest, and tuck it in with a towel. 😌
7. Let it nap in a warm place for 1.5 hours - a cooling oven is like a cozy blanket. 🛌
8. Wake the dough up, give it a gentle knead as a good morning gesture. 🌅
9. Roll it out into a sheet, not too thick, not too thin, just about 6-7 mm, perfect for a soft bite. 📏

- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Icing Preparation: 🍯
Blend all ingredients together, one after the other, stirring into a smooth, dreamy consistency. 🌀
When the cinnamon rolls are ready, cloak them with the icing, a final touch of sweetness. It's best if they've cooled down, just a bit, to let the flavors hug each other. 🤗
