I am a fellow spoonie and often suffer with chronic fatigue in addition to pain, but this week I had enough energy to get dressed up and go to a drag show & pageant that my friend was competing in 🙌🏼 We also took our teens to see the Barbie film finally 😅 It was so nice to feel human for a bit and be able to get out of the house lol And I got some updated photos and videos last night of my new kitten we’re getting which was a lovely surprise 🥰 I’m so glad you had a good week! Hug you back angel I am also a home body after I retired and diagnosed with 3 autoimmune disease one of them muscular dystrophy . This past weekend my husband’s friends invited us for lunch in Manhatten at the last minute I decided to go & it was lovely I am glad I went & changed scenery.

Wow! So pretty! I just bought nice brown pencil so I’ll definitely try it! Thank you! Thank you for the hug! Sending hug right back! Glad you had such a nice weekend. To answer your question I usually just apply mascara, so neutral tone eyeshadow all over the lid and brow pencil and use bb cream or something. To feel something extra I apply some berry colored lipstick and it improves my mood if I was feeling down. If I want to go all out and have time I search you tutorials for glam look that’s suitable for occasion. Thank you for your tutorials! Been watching them since 2012/2013 and learned a lot!❤

I've been MIA for awhile dealing with my own health problems, but I'm so glad to see you!! I think of you often and pray that you are doing well. I love this concept! I'll be trying it out very soon. I've committed to wearing makeup at least once a week (I don't go anywhere very often, so I'm working on doing this just for me right now). Would this work on a deeply hooded eye? It seems that my eyes are sinking, but I know that it's due in part to having a round face. Much love from Michigan, USA 💜💜💜

I’m in Michigan too! I’ve always done the one shadow look, since I have hooded eyes and oily eyelids. I wear matte eyeshadows, but sometimes put a little shimmer right at the center base of my upper eyelid. It looks good, and as long as I don’t prime, and I use a shadow that isn’t glittery, I don’t find it to transfer at all. Hope that helps.

What are some good tinted eye primers? Which one are you using here?

She is using Urban Decay's primer potion in the shade Eden, which is a nude matte color. ❤ But the point is more on selecting an eye primer that can cancel out any discoloration on the lids. That particular primer is nearly $30 and there are loads of less expensive products on the market that do the same thing. Hope that helps! ❤❤❤

What gets me is the literal 3 minutes spent windshield washing trace amounts of bronzer on the eye lid... why???

Blending makes it look more seamless, she may have needed to apply and blend more if the bronzer was less pigmented also

@LuvinLife72395 I understand the blending technique. And I agree, it was way lacking in pigment. I'm just commenting on the amount of time she spent buffing her lid, with almost no color to show.. over and over and over lol and over
