What type of hair do you have? Some peoples hair who is more coily then wavy might not curl as much-

Hey you guys so yes I did use all of the same products with this style. I feel whatever leave in conditioner of your choice that you love for your hair works bc I’ve used different leave in’s and foams from other great professional brands and still get great results!! I never switched up with the styling cream she uses bc of how soft and moisturizing my curls feel. I have two textures 4a in the back of my hair and 3c in the front area before my crown. I get regular trims every 3 months so my texture of my hair really isn’t that similar to her hair. But a trick I learned is the more definition you desire the more rods you see fit to use with this method!! ❤️❤️

The end result turned out so pretty. As of now, I have only done twist outs on my hair, but I am going to try this style on my natural hair.

OMG!!! THE SHINE AND BOUNCE after you took the flexi rods out. Blue is my favorite color and that is perfect on you. I've seen the horse shoe method done but I've never tried it but damnit you pushed me to try it lol

Girl this looks good, and I like your technique of using halves the rod to wrap 2 pieces of hair.. This definitely solves the "not enough rods" problem. And for the pimple that we barely noticed until you said something 😂...I keep a bottle of 10% benzoyl peroxide face wash in the shower and use it EVERYTIME I feel an acne outbreak about to happen! Yes, just leave it on for 5 min while you shower, and let it kill the bacteria and I kid you not, it will be gone within a day or 2!! Im on my 2nd bottle of the CVS brand (but pretty sure any brand will work as long as it's 10%)! 👌🏾. You help us, we help you 🤞🏾🤞🏾👏🏾👏🏾 hope it helps!

This was the absolute cutest and easiest style I’ve ever done. I tried it yesterday for my 18th birthday and the results were bomb. I’m obsessed with the look and I will definitely be doing it again in the future!!!

Ma'am you are a GODSEND. I bought everything that I needed from Walmart and Sally Beauty (however, I replaced the styling lotion with waterless curl milk I found), followed your tutorial last night, and even though I struggled doing it- HOLY SHIT. It looks amazing 😭😭 This is gonna be my new go-to hairstyle!! My hair smells so good thanks to the curl milk and it's so soft THANK YOU SM!!

@@jessicar.714 it turned out really well. It didn’t look exactly like her hair but overall it turned out well for me. I had gotten my hair cut so things I would do differently: have shorter flexi rods and be sure that my hair is completely dry all over. However, my hair had a lot of body, the curls were very bouncy, and the style lasted a few days longer than I expected. The last three days of the style, I pinned my hair at that top and let the curls continue to hang at the back. If you are thinking about it, you should definitely try this style.

One day it will only take me 15 mins to do my hair! I love perm rod sets they are easier for my hair ! But I wanted to try the flexi rods I brought the grey ones and the orange ones but I like the way it was to do the orange ones better!
