Hello dears,
today we bake oatmeal buns together. The recipe is healthy and keeps you full. We don't need flour or sugar and the buns are very quick and easy to make.
For 6 buns we need the following ingredients:
250g oats
250g sour cream
2 eggs
1 packet of baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Blend the oats in a blender (or leave whole) if desired. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough with your hands. The dough consistency is a bit sticky. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. Shape the buns, roll them in oatmeal and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
