Ingredients
250g pork
250 g minced beef
7 small potatoes
1 eggplant
1 small zucchini
1 stalk of celery
1 yellow pepper
some white cabbage
5 mushrooms
5 medium tomatoes
3 spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
Parsley
Paprika powder
Salt pepper
olive oil
1 tsp honey
preparation
Cut vegetables into small pieces.
Fry pork in heated olive oil.
Add spring onions and continue frying.
Add ground beef and cook until cooked through.
Add potatoes and fry.
Add paprika powder and gradually add other vegetables: celery, cabbage, eggplant, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms.
Finally add tomatoes, garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and honey.
Close the lid and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
Serve.
