Hey everyone,
Its been nearly 2 weeks since my last video! Ahh so sorry. Been caught up with craploads of work indeedy. Lost 1.5kg from work & stress.. -_- not good.
I've been wearing my hair lately. I forgot how much softer a person can look with this hairstyle. I'm very low maintenance with hair so even if its hair curling- I make sure I do it all in less than 10 minutes.
The technique used in this video is similar to what I have shown you guys before but with little tweaks here and there. The only difference is that we are not working in horizontal sections. We are working in vertical sections and turning outwards mainly. The individual curls don't look perfect but the end result looks great because hair looks volumized but length is kept. Great for most hair lengths. I've never been a fan of neat curls- the spontaneous and slightly messy look has always been more of my preference.

For anyone who hasn't done this technique yet, I just wanted to tell you that it looks AMAZING on short/medium hair. I did this to my hair and I had tears of joy in my eyes. FINALLY FOUND SOMETHING TO DO WITH MY HAIR!

This is seriously the most GORGEOUS hair I've ever seen!! It looks absolutely perfect, I'm pretty sure it won't turn out this way when I try it but no matter, I'm going to practice till I get it. It looks too awesome for words. If I were you I'd probably wear this everyday!

i did this look and it looks beautiful on me! this was the first time i ever curled my hair and i think im gonna do more curling in the future :) my hair didnt get as curly but it still looks soft and romantic and beautiful :)

i love watching your hair tutorials, even though most of the time, i can't actually do them myself in person, because of the thickness of my hair. I really wish my hair was thinner, and more managable. i just shove it up into a messy bun for school.

My hair is layered just like hers but a lot thicker and curlier, and this technique has perfected my curls and has made it much prettier and less messy. Thanks as always bubz~!

Be glad you have thick hair girl ! I used to hate it too but my doctor and hair stylist told me that people with thick hair are most likely not to go bald when your older . But if your like me where my hair is like I have 100 sets of thick hair extensions on, then yikes . haha I know how it feels. BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU HAVE !

i use to be jealous about people who have straight hair but i've come to realize i love my curly hair =) so i naturally get curls and its harder for me because i have to straighten it then curl it again. its too much so now i just naturally curl it =) but i still love bubbi's vids!! you inspire me =)

I did this with my hair and it worked out a lot for me, thanks bubz, I remember first trying this out and how happy I felt. This gave me a lot of confidence!!! I'm going to try the same thing for my sisters hair now, and my aunt keeps on asking for me to do her hair. (I started trying this method when the video was first uploaded)

I agree.I have pretty long hair, down to mt lower back, I tried it because I thought it'd be simple. Nothing came out, just a little curl. I just frustrated thinking I was doing it wrong, and I kept looking at this video finally realizing it just couldn't be done. One of the disadvantages of having long hair.

I have this hair naturally, and all the time people say they love my hair, and compliment me. But this hair is the HARDEST to manage, it gets dirty super fast, so you need to make sure to wash it way more than often (Which I make sure to do :P) And it gets tangled really quick. It's much better having natural straight hair, trust me.

i love this sooo much. this is by far my favorite way of curling my hair. i have a wand that i love, but this gives me a more loose effect and takes me like minutes, (:

thank you so much for this video!!! I do it everyday for school but i spend more time on it and try to curl every single strand. My hair is already curly, then i go to sleep & the next morning they get really ugly. So i use this method ^_^ I have gotten a lot of compliments, ppl will ask me if my hair is naturally like this and tell me i have flawless curls. LOL hope you make more vids to get curly hair

I can get my hair to look exactly like this with no heat by washing it, towel drying it until it's damp, tying in a high messy bun, and leaving the bun in overnight. In the morning taking it out and abra cadabra, loose curls! :)

if you hold the ends of your hair while doing the same with your straightening iron, you can get tight ringlets. and i love your hair :)

@EStandsForE Your hair straightener might not be as hot as your curling iron, or the two appliances might be made of very different materials. Make sure your straightener is ceramic for even heat distribution to avoid burning your hair and to keep the shape you want in your hair. You might not be twisting your wrist enough when using a straightening iron so you'll be stuck with a straight section of hair and not a curled one. Hope this helps :)

@MsLexii96 Depending on the thickness and layering of your hair. If your hair is thicker at the top and thinner on the bottom - you can use a little bit of crude clay or hairspray to make this style last a school day.

TJ Maxx (Winners in Canada) has cheep straitening irons (~40.00) that work just as well as a 250 chi one. (my sister had a chi that was a few yrs old, and just bought a FHI from WInners, and she actually likes it MORE) and i have a cortex 450 degree one ... works like a charm.

@SexPistolsLuver k. so first you tie bunch of buns on your hair, and sleep on it.2) curl your hair with a curling iron(you can do a straightener if you want but i think curling iron works better in this situation).3)use the bobby pin on the area where you curled your hair (it makes your waves stay longer).4)spray your hair with a hair spray. 5)release the bobby pin. 6)spray lightly with a hair spray just in case. if you want to use wax for clay after doing #3 , use wax or clay.

@SexPistolsLuver you can put hair spray , or put hair pin around the hair that you curled(you might look silly but i heard that it really works) till you need to go somewhere. or put your hair in a ponytail and go to sleep. wen you wake up you should have average curls, then you curl your hair over that with a curling iron. this actually worked for me, and it stayed on whole day with a little bit of hair spray. try not to use hairspray that is not hard hold, this can lead to stiff!
