MEASUREMENTS
- Outside Cover: a piece of paper that is 9-1/4 in by 5 in. Score the 9-1/4 side at 3-1/2, 3-3/4, 7-3/8 and 7-5/8 in.
- Inside cover: the paper is 7-1/2 in by 3-1/2 in.
