Treat yo'self, girl!! (Any Parks & Rec fans here?! 😂) I just recently started doing this 20 min pamper routine after a shower a couple of days per week and it's been sooo relaxing and rejuvenating! It's easiest for me to do this after the kids go to bed at night, but sometimes I'll do it in the afternoon while they're having iPad/TV time or when my husband is available to keep them at bay 😅 (we all know the struggle of taking an uninterrupted shower!)
I LOVE the sauna tent! I haven't quite worked it into my normal routine yet, but I'm trying to at least get in there 1-3x/wk right now! It's such a calming break.
