Easy and quick paneer sabzi recipe from my kitchen :)
Preparation time-30 minutes
Serving-4
Ingredients:
Paneer(Indian cottage cheese)-200 gm
Capsicum/bell pepper(chopped)-1(medium)
(you may use mixed bell pepper to make it colourful)
Onion(chopped)-2(medium)
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
Onion(chopped)-2(medium)

Coriander leaves for garnish
Onion(chopped)-2(medium)
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Tomato(chopped)-2(small)
Cooking oil-3 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-3/4 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder-1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste or 3/4 tsp
Tomato ketchup-1.5 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish

Thank you Mam for these efforts. I have learned 3 recipe till now including Tarka, Aloo ki simple wali sbji and this one. This was the best dish I ever cooked.
