Quick Roasted Cheesy Asparagus With Lemon!
Preheat the oven to 375.
Wash and dry your asparagus (it is called Spargus in south Jersey!)
Trim the ends.
On a baking sheet, coat with a light layer of EVOO.
Salt, pepper, hot seeds, Italian seasonings, garlic powder.
Don't Skimp On The Cheese!
Slap it in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes,
Squeeze some fresh lemon.
Done.
