today we are presenting our recipe for a "mandarin cake".
Ingredients:
- 480g flour
- 30g cornflour
- 200g sugar (we use: raw cane sugar)
- 1pkt baking powder
- a little ground vanilla
- 480g plant-based milk
- 200g oil (we use: sunflower oil)
- 15g lemon juice
- 2 small tins of mandarins
