A quick test of AGA color support in Xorg of NetBSD/amiga 10.0_BETA. Please ignore the sporadic screen blinking, it is a minor use with my capture hardware, nothing to do with NetBSD itself.

Awesome! I remember RedHat on my 030 @50mhz and 16mb di ram... 30 minutes to start... firefox took half a day :-D I configured xorg for the aga without knowing anything about linux at that time

That was quite an achievement by that date, but... Firefox? At that time you probably had just Netscape and I do not remember if they released m68k binaries.

Is it on warp 060? Shame that freebsd do not support warp RTG. I think that AGA is bottleneck...

It is. Indeed it is using AGA, and while it's true it's a bottleneck, it is still able to display 640x480 with 256 colors on screen. VGA was only capable of 640x480 with 16 colors. For NetBSD supporting the RTG the low level programming of the Warp RTG should be documented, publicly available and a volunteer do the coding.
