Thanks for the video, whats the avg shipping price? Where do you find these boxes?

Totally depends on weight, dimensions, and distance. I’ve shipped guitars close by for around $30 and across the country for over $100. A hard case often adds 50% more cost. A good source for boxes is Uline or Reverb. Sometimes guitar stores give them away.

I would like some more information on how you explained that last tip. I'm bad enough at managing but I don't want to pay top price. You say take advantage of? Lots of stuff there but I feel I'm ready to offer shipping, I just struggle with that.

If you sell on Ebay, the UPS discount is 51% off retail. Reverb is similar. Stamps.com claims 77% off of Ground on their website... haven't tried it yet.

I'm surprised you don't put any bubble wrap in the gig bag (?)

Definitely can. In most cases I would prefer cloth touching the guitar's finish rather than plastic, just in case there might be a reaction. In reality, that is typically only a worry with lacquer.
