Iaorana, You can do snorkeling in Tahiti (not Papeete) but it's better to go to Moorea for that. You have excursion who do that. Youtake a boat from Papeete (in the morning) and come back late in the afternoon. I made a video about one of them.

@@bricesommers , I looked at your other videos on KZfaq to see how they do the Moorea excursions. It looks like you don’t get a lot of tourists to justify what I am talking about. There was a small group of people and they divided them into even smaller groups consisting of 5-6 people per small boat. The ferry ride then the bus ride chew up too much valuable time from the excursion. I wish they did this differently where you get on a big catamaran with a large group of people up to let’s say 100-150 passengers and you go to Moorea and do your snorkeling and lunch and come back to Papeete in the afternoon. In my mind, this is the ideal way of doing these snorkeling excursions. But, who am I to say how it should be done… 😄

There sure are but I have never rented or done an excursion from Papeete. I suggest you do snorkeling / excursion in Moorea.

@@bricesommers , In Hawaii, they have Luau’s where there is live Polynesian dance and authentic food. The indigenous population of Hawaii came from the French Polynesia which include Tahiti. I assumed that you would have similar Luau’s in Tahiti. Maybe you have a different name for it in French ?
