Another idea is tha you can also cut your DSP to 2 1/2 by 6, put your glue on the envelope flap, adhere and trim off the excess. Foe me that is simpler than tracing on DSP, cutting it out and then adhering.

I purchased a custom stamp with my Toddler's name and emergency phone numbers to stamp on her arm just in case she gets seperated from us. Even stamping a piece of paper, the information doesn't show. Any advice on resources to fix this? Or perhaps a supplier that makes better quality custom made stamps? (This is the first time I ran into this channel. If this youtuber sells them, I'd be interested in purchasing one.)

If I were you, I would just get something like the children's road ID. That way you won't have to worry about it smudging and being unreadable, plus they will replace the engraved plate for life if it ever becomes unreadable.
