If your staff are 1099 workers then you just treat them the way the vendors are shown in this tutorial QuickBooks desktop will print and accumulated 1099 after each fiscal year for the total for each of the vendors of whatever you paid However if they are employees Then you would need the payroll app and I do not make videos for that because it's a separately paid subscription and a separate ad on app and the payroll department has their own call and support and video tutorials Mark
