You can use any starch or substitute flour.
It is better to choose cottage cheese moist, soft with a fat content of 0-5% or replace it with ricotta.
100 g - 295 kcal
Ingredients:
Curd 0% - 130 g
Flour - 110 g
Starch (any) - 30 g
Sugar - 80-100 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 50 g
Eggs - 2 pieces (100-110 g without shell)
Baking powder - 4 g
Salt - 0.5 g
Preparation
1. Combine sifted flour with baking powder, salt, starch. I use potato, but any, as a last resort, is suitable, replace with flour.
2. Combine soft fat-free cottage cheese with eggs, melted butter or margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and orange peel. Beat with a blender until smooth.
3. Add flour mixture in two steps, mix thoroughly with a spatula.
4. Line the muffin mold with paper cuffs. Fill each 2/3 of the volume.
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C on a medium level without convection for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
6. Cool the finished products on a wire rack.
7. Before serving, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

The baking time may differ from the one stated in the video, be guided by your oven, and also take into account the material from which the form is made.
