Mickey Rooney can play any role no matter how tough or funny or musical. Remember Andy Hardy,? He did a great job,!!! VERY moralistic movie. Felt for him the whole time as he dug himself in deeper n deeper, hence the title "Quicksand,"!!! Good film noir,!!!
