Normal day to day life, my head is going 1000mph and its too much to the point I feel like I just want it all to end! Just go to sleep one night and never wake up... but there's very few little pockets of the world that help me and one of them is listening to peaceful ambient music by myself. Just over a year ago I finally walked out of a toxic relationship. I finally felt free for the first couple of weeks, then the loneliness set in. The following 4 to 5 months were hell for me but I said to myself with pure intent that I would break free from what was holding me back. Starting around month 6 I was in the beginning stages of letting go, and she messaged me around that time but I already had made up my mind and didn't want to go back. A year into my recovery and I have completely let go. There was no closure but wish not to hear from her ever again. Hearing this kind of music brings back memories but also relaxes me at the same time. The old saying of time heals all is very true and I'am a witness to that.

I feel really sick rn, and this has really helped me calm down and finally be able to finish my writing for a research project, thank you ❣(currently have 300 words left lets see how far i can go)

The title of this video represent my situation. I don't have a lot of problems in my life, but I'm feeling alone. When I see all of these negative people, all the people that judge the other people without even knowing their situation. Even my own family always complain about everything. And there is me, a rather positive person, that rarely complain about something, that rarely get angry or sad, and that doesn't have a lot of problem in life. When I see all the people around me that are negative, I wouldn't like to be drown in this fog of negativity. Where are the positive people in this world ? I hope that someday, I will be able to find people that have the same energy as me, that have the same positivity, I'm sure they exist.

Time is the solution to our problems and we should not take premeditated actions, if 4 years ago I had done what I wanted I would not be here, wait for it to pass or at least the suffering decreases

I've been struggling in life for the past 10 years, last few was really hard, this doesn't help, even doe it's beautiful and reminds me of silent hill, but it makes the time goes by faster, i hope for anyone that's hurting to get better, and guys remember it can always get worse, even doe you don't see it sometimes but try and be appretiative for the things you do still have, and don't stress to much, this life we are all in is just a phase, everything will pass and will be deleted when we are gone, try not to take this life to seriously, every type of pain will eventually parish, as we will...
