Ski day (Late January 2023) in Serre Chevalier Ski Resort in the Southern French Alps. Quiet and beautifully groomed ski slopes and scenic vistas to enjoy. No queues or crowds to contend with. Serre Chevalier is a resort than many of the Ski Tour operators ignore as a ski destination, preferring instead to offer their prime packages to the massive Alpine resorts such as Les Deux Alps, Chamonix, Val Thorens and Val d'Isere to name a few. The result is a much more small town/village feel while still having a huge ski area on your doorstep! Ideal for someone like me who doesn't like crowds. Such a peaceful place to ski and offers great runs for all ability levels. I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants a more intimate and tranquil ski experience.

wow I do love mountains and their snow scenes. I could happily retire to Chamonix. Two other places I wouldn't mind living in France are: Annecy, and Yvoire on Lac Léman. And my idea of paradise is Wengen and Lauterbrunnen in Switzerland (wonderful places for vlogs). You are a good skier, Paul. My skiing attempt was a disaster. I couldn't stop once I started. It was terrifying ! Thanks for your tremendous vlogs, Paul.
