Measure the vase that your going to use and that will be your cardboard measurement,it depends how full you want your tutu,I used 1 and a half roll.

Hello Ana, Hobby lobby, Micheals and Joanns carry the tulle for the tutu and Amazon also carries it.

I agree...Not a good presentation at all. The supplies should be laid out and explained at the beginning. Everything should be present without interruption.
