Quincy Jones, now one of our great elders a true genius. This guy has done so much, worked with so many people, he even wrote music for the late great actress ,Bette Davis when he was music supervisor and conductor in 1971 for the academy awards symphony orchestra.

Whatever he's saying is TRUTH. Quincy is candid and GENUINE, as well as being quite the talent!

just with his mom who was institutionalized and I think committed suicide. But there wasn't a mental illness with his father, brother or other family.

AVA Svara: no way is Quincy Jones humble. He will go on the record about twenty odd years later to trash other stars and musicians who have died. Not humble one inch. Absolutely a backstabbing gory seeker.

The girl in the movie who Quincy Jones talks about (the one that played Sophia) turned out to be Oprah Winfrey, who would later go on to become one of the most powerful women in the world.

Oprah has a KZfaq video speaking about waiting to be discovered for this Sophia role. She stated that she willed it into her life, because she was so interested after reading the book. She was so surprised about the casting opportunity.
