Great video! For me, a good entry was landing a junior full-stack position, so I got to work on big websites like Puma, Stenders, and Moose Knuckles. Great video, thanks for sharing. As you mentioned, in my opinion it might best to go with some of the more generic methods at first (dropshipping etc), especially for the marketing skills you'll acquire because you can have the best app in the world, but if you cant sell it and make people need it, it doesn't matter right

Always higher. Haha. But really though you should be A/B testing all sorts of different prices and payment models to see which one provides the best long term ROI.

Yes but iOS users are the most valuable users as they spend more. So its a give and take. You can spend more developing it for android or just stay on ios only. Ideally I would have built this in react so I could have launched it on both platforms but you live and learn

If you’re a developer, you basically can start a SaaS for less than $100. But you need to learn marketing!

completly agree, the market is flooded with these so called "entrepreneurs" who do the same thing (dropshipping, smma) and arent actually creating anything new of value
