Bro you dont know how you helped me. EVERY SINGLE DAY for probs 2-3 hours straight my friends force me to play games i just feel like im missing on something and i get on (knowing that its bad) but i cant resist it. And it got so bad that last year i barely passed by me convincing my principle to pass me.. my friends are still doing it and i reduced my screen time from 2 hours everyday to 2 hours a week. so i just deleted my rblox acc. IM 12 btw

i had friends exactly like this bro and i really relate to you. what I found to work is to just leave them AKA stop joining their discord calls

it just seems like for me to quit i need to remove all access to what i do, which is something i really dont want to do

@@LXSLight that's understandable, I also felt the same way. The best way to quit is to replace. Not to remove entirely. Remove the bad habits, and replace them with the good ones

I recently quit Roblox a few months ago after 6 years of addiction. If you want the easiest solution, delete your account. You'll permanently lose all attachment to the game. It was one of the best decisions in my life. U got this bro

I'm not good in English but i gonna try. I'm from Philippines😊 I'm addicted in mlbb it's an online game. I want to quit, I try quit last year but i download it in feb. Because my friend want to play with me and i download it and say to myself delete it when it finish but until now I'm still playing😭i want to change but when the time i dont play mlbb it's super boring, and I don't have have sports or things to do to waste my time can you give a things to do that can help to become successful i want to become with highest honor in our school, the most highest academic award, only one in our batch achieved that award, i only got with honor but it's still not enough. We don't have classes now😭 because of the heat in the Philippines, only online class and i dont have learnings at all, And feel me like my goal is not achievable. And good luck for your page your vedios is so helpful and you're kind of cute 🥰 i like your eyes, in the Philippines that's eye is the most attractive because it's rare. Please i hope you see this🙏🙏❤

@@URAUME.I'm telling you this as a friend. I am just like you. I also want to be the top student at my university, develop a good physique and incredible strength through weight training, and master my English speaking skills. So, I see you, my friend. Firstly, go to the gym and start lifting. The more testosterone you have, the more decisive your actions will be. You will gain some mass, ultimately boosting your confidence positively. Lifting has helped me get rid of extremely negative thoughts and become more realistic, rather than succumbing to irrational exuberance. Secondly, I recommend that you read books about Stoicism and watch more content on Jocko Willink's channel. I understand that you know what to do, but sometimes it's difficult to get started. If you don't start now, it will never be achievable. I've been struggling with procrastination lately, so I've started writing things down. The more I write, the clearer my mind becomes. If you have many thoughts in your head, write them down. If there are too many, try recording yourself talking about them. Small people want great things, but big people take action to make them come true.

I've found myself installing and reinstalling LOL hundreds of times, as it only takes 15 minutes to complete the download. However, I've recently changed my password using random generated password and uninstalled the game. If I find myself sinking back into addiction, I've decided to delete my account altogether.
