I've decided to become a full-time KZfaqr. It's a risk, but I need to do it. In this video, you will learn stuff about me that I've never talked about and you will come to understand why I have to do this. It's now or never.
Check out my official Facebook page and follow along.

I've been with you for a while. In those early videos, you were not very confident in your ability to do what you wanted to do camping out. Now, you are one of my go-to people for quality camping entertainment. Your journey has provided me with moments I'm not likely to be able to experience myself, so thank you for your effort.

KZfaqrs are tired of the 9 to 5 of KZfaq, regular workers are tired of 9 to 5 grind ... that is why its important to have BALANCE in your life. No one is just one thing and even doing what you love all the time can become exhausting. Many of us grow up in a world or in countries where the value of a human being is very small ... we work for companies that don't even see people as human, just as wage slaves to make money FOR THEM. We don't get a chance to breathe or have leisure time or even just proper REST. No matter what you do in life, no matter what you choose .... you need to find balance for yourself and follow what your heart and soul calls you to do ♥ You've earned a new subscriber ... I am wishing you the best of luck.

Jay, my advice is to do what brings you joy. Don’t go crazy with pressure of views and algorithms, because that drains your joy and makes KZfaq just another grind. Take enough breaks to keep that love of what you’re doing fresh! I’ve been here since early days and follow because I like YOU and love the outdoors. You go for it, Jay! Live your dream! Congratulations!

Well Jay in a small way I can relate. I walked out of my full time job in 1997 at the age of 41 to go to work for myself. It was hard financially the first couple of years. Yet I knew in my heart I had made the right move. Hard to believe it’s been 27 years now. I hated working for someone else. I expect you feel the same way. Good luck ole boy. I’ve been subscribed now for years and resubscribed several times as KZfaq a few months ago kept unsubscribing me from some of my favourite channels, yours included. I’m looking forward to the next chapter.

Yes!!!! So happy for you Jay!! I worked for a newspaper in the 1980's and it was very stressful. I finally got the nerve up to take a leap of faith and left my job to go back to school then built my own business. I've never looked back! What attracted me to your channel was your creativity. You've got this!! ❤ P.s. I don't mind the promotions at all.

And knowing now what your full-time career has been makes so much sense! Your experience as a producer comes through in your videos. Can't wait to see where the channel goes, especially now that you will have more time to put into it!

Congratulations! It takes courage to step outside one's comfort zone. What I've seen from watching your channel is the passion you have for what you do. In fact, I have often commented that your videos were too short. But I understood that you could only do so much when you had a full-time job. 9-to-5 jobs pay the bills. But sometimes that's not enough. Good luck with the new direction you've taken. It will be fun watching you expand your horizons and the new videos. And I've learned from watching your channel that you are not a quitter!

Amazing stuff, Jay! I click on your videos instantly every Monday (and now I will do that on Sundays!). I just wanted to drop you a few lines of encouragement because I love your content and I'm really excited to see what you do next: - Don't feel the need to post more frequently - once a week with the quality of your videos already is pretty frequent and the thing you want to avoid most is burnout! I'll continue to show up every week for whatever you post 😁 - Please DO promotions/sponsored segments, this doesn't bother me in the slightest (and I'm sure a lot of other people feel the same), and I'd rather see you get paid the money you deserve for the excellent content you create! - Remember to take breaks if you're ever feeling burnt out, just remember to let the audience know that you are doing that and people will completely understand if you miss posting for a few weeks! I don't mean any of that to sound like I'm lecturing you at all, because you know better than me your own situation, but I just thought it would be useful to get the perspective of one of your long-time subscribers as a bit of support and feedback. You're doing an amazing job on KZfaq and I'm super excited to see what this next chapter brings for you! Cheers.
