We are talking about the Quran, I don't know what Saddam and Gaddafi have to do with what the Quran says. I don't know what me being brainwashed has anything to do with what the Quran teaches. The verses you cite were revealed after 13 years of pacifism by Muslims. Then those verses gave Muslims the right to fight those who were killing them.. It relates to those people only and not every tom dick and harry like you seem to believe.. When read in context the Quran is simply breathtaking in its wisdom.
