Not at all, Allah is the only one who can reveal the Qur'an. These types of questions are inspired by shaytaan. He knows that we lack the knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of recognizing the significance of the Qur'an. If we study the numerical, scientific, and contextual miracles of the Qur'an, we would be able to realize that Allah had already promised the coming of the revelation of the Qur'an in the Bible and Torah and Allah knows if it were even before that. Every single ayah is more important than we realize. Allah knew Umar (R.A) would say what he said wayyy before humans even existed. He knows what we all will do/say.
