That is so funny. She just couldn't get the cookie dough out of the cookie press. Oxo cookie press is better. It has a clear tube were you can see the dough

Actually if anyone noticed the first press she tried using doesnt have the second bottom piece too it. Thats why it doesn't work well. The second press she picks up works like a charm...
