This thing makes the most beautiful, crispy-skinned, juicy roast chicken I've EVER MADE in my 53 years of cooking. Period. And the juice that collects in the bottom pan makes fantastic gravy. Glad I bought it.

I just got one from my mom for Christmas. She's been using one since last year and I have always wanted one since I saw her use it. My husband is a chef and he loves it. He cooked some pork chops and it was the juiciest we have had. He then made roasted chicken the following day and it was so good! Not a dry spot, every part was so juicy. You do have to turn it though unlike how they said that you don't need to. I will try to make some brownies and cookies and test if it will really bake them. If this can really make grilled cheese sandwiches this will make my morning routine so much easier since I don't have to stand in front of the stove to make it anymore. So far so good for us.

Some of the comments here did no justice to this little oven. I owed one and i really like it. I had this since 2012. Cooking Ribs, steaks taste really good. The only thing i dont like is the washing. It is quite bulky.

When he was talking about how long it took to cook the turkey he did not make sense. He said it took 16 to 18 minutes fresh and it took 15 minutes Frozen. So that means it takes less time to cook it frozen according to him? Also I do not believe that turkey was completely done.
@cynthiawilber18986 жыл бұрын

350is not really high heat so you won't get a good sear. How come the competitor is only1300 watts(200 watts less than the nuwave) yet it gets hotter? 480 degrees is much better for steaks than 350 degrees. Not sure why the plastic dome cracks without being dropped! Great appliance otherwise👍
@texuztweety5 жыл бұрын
This steak is FINE because you only need cook the OUTSIDE. Now, ground beef is DIFFERENT, that should be cooked 100% through to avoid food poisoning. Hamburgers should be cooked through. Steaks, outside only is FINE.

iu love nuwave, crispy potato fries, frozen steaks = crisp and moist centers after 7 mins. My teens love it because its 'set and forget'. btw roasts are suppost to be slightly red in the center. Overcooked meat is toxic. We are the only species cooks its food. Think about it.
@deenajones90195 жыл бұрын
Most of these electric cooking appliances are only good for junk food like french fries and pizza or thin cuts of meat. I think the company selling these gadgets counts on a person’s curiosity to prompt an impulse buy. I suspect most people stash these aplliances in the back of their cabinets after a few uses produce lackluster results.

Are you kidding Me ca_chu_pin chikkey, I can't stand a roast that is well done, I love it rare, so this is perfect for Me...Enjoy!!! I used to cook My meat well done as that is how I was raised, but whilst camping with My kids and getting home late in the dark. I barbequed the steaks I had out in the dark under the moonlight and they were the best steaks I ever ate. In the morning, when we got up I saw the bones and they were rare. I almost threw up just thinking that I had eaten and fed My family raw meat. So next time I cooked a steak, I made it well done as I had always done and it just wasn't the same. So I intentionally cooked it rare and I loved it and have eaten it like that ever since. Show less

Cathy Smaha - oh my goodness! What the heck is your problem? Someone else said the same thing in the comment section, and you had a fit. You act like you're trying to force people to be like you by eating raw meat. Have you ever heard of bacteria? Have you also stop to actually think by putting yourself in someone else's shoes, so to speak? There are people, like myself, that cannot eat rare beef because it messes with our stomach. You are so annoying, and insensitive.

Personally, I would not buy any NuWave product. I purchased a Primo Grill Oven 8 months ago and used three or four times a month. I started to get a smell of rancid oil from the power head which is next to impossible to clean then it quit working altogether. After five to six attempts to contact the customer service, I have had no response. I payed $200 for it and now 8 months later, it looks like I'm S.O.L. Not happy.
