You'll find a lot more videos with foamless builds than with foam nowadays.

Don't think of this as negative feedback, I think all videos have a good quality in terms of production and audio so people can use it as a good reference because of the many soundest he has done.

@@ynotssb6922 I never did. I think it's always better for content creators to do sound tests with different configs but they rarely do for whatever reason. Probably due to time constraint. You'll find a bunch of channels with foamless sound tests so I actually appreciate a foam sound test.

How would you compare the Neo80 and the QK75N in terms of quality and sound? I want to buy one and do not care if 75% or TKL, and i am not sure about wich keyboard offers more for the value.

Qwertykeys keys is rolling out high end affordable boards while you have companies like omnytype who couldn't mass produce an aluminum board and now are charging similar price of an injection molded board.

シャンパン色って、ブラウン系よりは金色に近い印象ですが、実際どうでしたか。思ったより高級感のある色だったので今回はこれにしよっかなと思ってます。只、キーキャップのマッチングが難しいかもですね。

Love the channel and the content. For future videos I think we would all like to see the builds with no foam. This will allow the audience to see the sound of the board in its initial design, since all foam does is make the sound profile in all the boards sound too similar. Thank you again.

I know this is the popular opinion atm but from owning about 15 custom keyboards I can honestly say that just because a keyboard sounds decent foamless doesn't mean that it'll sound good with foams. Also, boards don't actually sound the same with foams. A lot of boards would sound different with the same foam setup.

@@pimp.avogadro No, I got your point. I didn't type what I thought was already obvious, it's that you will find an overwhelming more videos without foam than with foams. 8/10 keeb creators will have sound tests without foam. Like I said, it's the popular thing to do and say atm.

@@Momotaro0125 It's not an ultimatum. IDC what the trend is, you have to try a board with different configurations, but you have to have a baseline.

@pimp.avogadro I think you're missing my point. There's literally another video right next to this one with a foamless sound test. Also, like I said, there is no baseline since some boards are better with foam, and some are better without. Testing them all foamless make certain boards sound less good. And before you said, a board that doesn't sound good without foam is not a good board, that's absolutely not true. Some boards sound amazing with foam, and some boards sound decent without foam but just don't sound that good with foam.

This might be a stupid question but why did you cut a piece off of the plate foam? I thought doing that was only for the pe foam.

He cut the spacebar part. Most people don't keep it because it makes the spacebar sound dead.

Those little push-in bits are the most infuriating things. I have one left to push in, and it absolutely refuses. I've accidentally jabbed the pcb with the tweasers a few times in the process of trying to get it in, as well as having the bit get flung across the room.
