Wow, two of my favorite authors are friends and talking. Best thing to happen all month! I feel so bad that I haven't been able to financially keep up with either of the series. Heritage is obviously some of my favorite books.

I just finished Relentless and have been Dtrizzt Fan since the Legend of. This amazing story has been a part of my life for a long time. Mr Salvatore, you are a true master of the written word.. I've experienced a full range of emotions throughout this journey. Thanks

Great interview guys. I read a Drizzt book and then a Shanaara book, and then a Drizzt book, and then a Shannara book. Thank you for being the inspiration of my love of reading and writing.

I love this series and have been following for 20+ years . Thank you for that. What I can’t understand is how far away you are getting away from the characters we grew up loving and more enveloped in all the lore and surrounding . Why not make this series and your very last one with starlight enclave side books with these groups instead of saying these are Drizzt books. I get it’s been centuries but if these are Drizzt last books why not make them about him instead of supporting cast ? Literally no wulfgar in these books hardly and the gang I feel in love with . I can only cross my fingers that you sent the companions off rightly and not sitting on the bench fully entrenched in racism of the Drow . .

Love these guys and totally agree. It seems like a lot of modern readers love books where the story moves at a snails pace. People love Joe Abercrombie’s The First Law trilogy. After 2 books it seemed like barely anything actually happened in the story. Lots of witty banter, and I appreciate that, but I was like what actually happened in these books? Definitely can’t say that about Salvatore or Brooks novels.
