That song makes me so emotional. My child is disabled and sometimes it's hard to live like everything is ok and under control. It's a mountain to climb and half way through it you tumble down to start climbing it again. I'm not sure if I will I ever reach the top but it's songs like this and the smile of my child that gives me strength to pick myself up and keep on climbing. Thanks for the music R.A that song speaks to my heart, there hasn't been a time that I haven't had a tear in my eye listening to this song

@@DEADbyDAWN187 that's pretty solid. It's been beyond a nightmare. I didn't get to see my dad for a year and a half and then he died in the nursing home and they wouldn't let me come see him. They took everything they had a hearing in the next county over to get conservatorship and take my power of attorney because he was wealthy. Well they got his money and his land but they couldn't take this home I've always lived in and all I have to do is spend 30 days away from the house and they can legally auction it. They found out I didn't have a driver's license and sit up surveillance got me four times in a year and that carries six months in jail each . I go to court on Tuesday for violation 2 years probation.my dad called coronavirus in the nursing home and no one told me he died from coronavirus complications in the nursing home and no one told me. I didn't know he was sick the sheriff came and told me that he was dead. This has been the most difficult . They've done anything they could to try and separate me and Dad because the only thing standing in between his fortune and them is me. I had to call crisis three different times for the first time in my life.,. Now I'm on antidepressants. I'm his only living relative. It's been so difficult learning how to take care of a stroke victim who is my dad.. and be his only caretaker. He's a Vietnam veteran drafted into the war and only gets one hour of home health a week. Someone who is obese and never worked a lick in their life gets 4 hours a day. I asked them a couple of years into taking care of Dad I said look I just need a weekend off a couple of days you know and they just shrugged their shoulders but Tennessee actually has a program called the respite program where they give family caretakers a break so they can regain their sanity.. they wanted me to fail that way I would put him in a nursing home and they would start drawing money off him and they could liquidate his house to pay for his bills but I kept him at home like he wanted it wasn't that hard just keeping his feeding tube full.. but it was the vultures that was the problem.. turns out the local judge was one of the worst ones .. I had been taking care of him for 3 years I had to call 911 because he was having a seizure the first time I'd ever seen that man have a seizure.. that was the last time I saw him.. once overton county got a hold of him.. they had a hearing and I was not invited I had no idea it took place. They held it in the next county over.. using the judge from this county. That way I wouldn't find out. And because I didn't show up, it automatically ruled in their favor. They got his checking savings safety deposit box any properties he owns, all in all about $380,000.... And I can't get a lawyer to take my case because they don't believe me. They don't believe that they would take my dad from me without just cause..$380,000 is just causing their eyes and I haven't seen him in a year and a half and he died and that nursing home that they forced him to be in.. they told him that I didn't want to see him or take care of him anymore... So he died thinking that I didn't give a shit! It's so f****** awful what they've done to me and him

I'm NYC. I grew up in the 80's. Became a huge rap fan at a young age. By the mid to late 80's, I was in high school and was a hip-hop connoisseur. Somehow, R.A. slipped through the cracks because I sure never heard of him and I had friends who were famous rappers and dancers (Kwame, Slick Rick, dudes from Lost Boyz, & Onyx to name a few) and I never heard anyone mention R.A. I found out about him a few months ago. A friend put me on to the underground scene because I got in touch with him because rap has become 99% garbage, so I asked him if Wu-Tang or any of its members have come out with anything lately because he is all-knowing when it comes to Wu and that's when he told me about Apathy, R.A., Slaine, Hopsin, Mad Child, etc... It took a bit for me to get into R.A.'s style and flow, and I love him now.

Everyone's on about RA "making it." I don't understand why.. The mans makes pure music which he makes a living off. Touring all over the states & the rest of the world, if you ask me that's making it. All the plastic shit you see with the mainstream music isn't real & for him to venture into that would destroy the very real fan base he has. Peace & love

Dude this song goes in my top 10...song puts me in tears everytime I listen to it. What a strong individual man, fuq....so much emotion, this is one of those tracks I'm sure it just wrote itself. Everyone is going through it, no two struggles can ever compare, you got this! I play this on repeat once every 5 months to remind myself its gonna be okay. Thank you RA and EAMON!

I worked with severely disabled adults in my early 20's, and I lost my pop to leukemia in '05. For the first time, I heard Halo yesterday, and balled my eyes out. Today, I see this. I cried. Especially at the end. A comment in the thread of Atmosphere's Yesterday, brought me to R.A. Music is a hell of a drug.

Daniel Martinez Eh, I dunno. Tbh the only song of his I remember is I Don't Want You Back from almost a decade ago. It was catchy but his voice sounded really annoying to me. Haven't followed any of his later activity so I might be late on that one.
