At the end of the day you being a executive producer of the show but having a long standing relationship with those ladies should have had a sit down with one of them at that time and said look we had a great first season but this is what’s now going on and they are trying to paint me in a negative light. And they could have relayed it to the others. The lack of trust/communication was the downfall with everything. There is strength in numbers.

Mo gotta be honest, maybe on the show it wasn't the size she picked, but when she decided off the show to go on the radio and to Kiki while her and Syleena were taking shots at Nicci and talking about how close they were, she picked a side and that was wrong. If I were her, before that radio interview I would have called Nicci and talked to her, for called her about her indifference to her when it came down to the R&B Divas reunion with Wendy Williams. Baby real, we cannot continue to take how we felt about Nicci on the show, and use that to override the clear facts that we are seeing in this video pertains to the off-show foolery. Any of us would be hurt if our friends did that to us.

But I watched the show, I don’t see why people don’t like Nicci. When it came to the tour between her and Selena (at the dinner at Selena house, it was established whichever one has the best perks wins) so that was that. I honestly think people just sided with Selena because she was the “popular pick” and Selena got all the other girls to side with her by exaggerating Nicci charity event as a fraud (but both Selena and Nicci had good points) ON TOP OF Angie Stones push back of the charity (all because she really didn’t wanna sing with the little $100 donation lol) but let’s be honest nb likes “the loud fat black woman” (look how they dislike Monique for speaking her truth) so it made it easier for the world to dislike Nicci. Now it seems to be a lot of behind the scene drama. PLUS Selena had other issues with Selena about a workout DVD so she was trying to get at her and she did it on the show!

Monifah isn’t being honest! If someone is your friend, and you know them a little bit, and you notice something is off, you call them, and you see what’s going on with them. Nicci came up with 4 different stories for why she distanced herself and stopped being friends with Monifah and about 3 of them were after she was acting shady. I was hoping to see more growth and accountability after all this time.

This was a misunderstanding that was caused by production. I don't believe that Nicci is not trying to own up to anything. What I saw was a woman that got set up and is hurt. This was something new she was doing. When you are doing something you've never done before, things happen that you may not know how to handle or react to. Nicci admitted on her show two years ago that she was naive about things. I think both were angry and hurt and took it in the wrong direction or too far. I think both of them should have simultaneously reached out to each other. Mo: What is going on with you, how are you shutting me out?' Nicci : "Because this is going on da da da ." There should have been a collision of reaching out (Does that make sense? ) I really feel that Nicci has her flaws and faults, but I can feel that she is a caring person and very sensitive. When she is hurt, she may not always know how to handle it well. But, all the women had flaws. Some of therm took their anger and frustration (though understanable too far). IT WAS A BIG MISUNDERSTANDING. This is NOT Team Nicci Team nobody. I just saying what I feel from what i've seen and heard. Don't attack, but you don't have to agree with me.
