"Japan Heritage" is a program recognized by the Agency for Cultural Affairs to recognize stories that tell of the culture and traditions of Japan through the historical attractions and characteristics of a region.

私は日本に生まれませんでした。しかしマーティさんと同じように２５年間に日本と日本の文化が自分の生活の一部です。外人として勿論「日本に生まれてよかった」とは言えないけど「日本の文化に死ぬ前にふられてよかった」と言えるので感謝します。

What Japan heritage? It's a nation where child pornography is legal. And parents sell their kids into it. Japanese Junior Idol is a thing where underage girls as young as 6 yr old strip themselves to bikini and lewd outfits as the camera zooms into the kids body. These DVDs and streaming movies are sold into adult stores and websites for 18 +. Can you beat that? Thats Japanese culture for you. Disgusting!

I was hooked to your music at 16 yrs, you still have the same impact today. Your punk beginnings, from there to Cacophony to Megadeth, and now this, what an evolution. Wish I had the same experience like you do, I'm jealous in someway :D......This music video for me is the total package in your career and as you mentioned it took many years to make it, and was worth watching and listening. Beautiful! I am currently working on my PhD and have promised myself that, once I'm done, I'll reward myself with a month in Japan. Thank you for not only showing us some lesser-known parts of Japan, but for introducing us to Japan Heritage. I feel that it will be a staple source when planning my itinerary.

カコフォニーで初めてマーティーさんのギターを聞いた時のことを思い出しました、今もＣＤが棚の中にあります。発売日に買ったんですよ。演歌を彷彿とさせるフレーズに思わず笑っていしまいましたが、当時はまさかここまで日本に馴染むと思っていませんでした。

His tone (finger touches and bends), really epitomises the Koto, even though he's playing a guitar, his finger tones on his clean playing, is very reminiscent of Japan's great instrument.💖🤘🤘
