എന്റെ അനുഭവം. രണ്ട് മാസം ഫുൾ വെജ് മാത്രം. പയർ കടല തൈര് എല്ലാം കഴിച്ചു. ഇത്തിരി ഭാരം കുറഞ്ഞു എന്നല്ലാതെ യാതൊരു എനെർജിയും കിട്ടിയില്ല. ഒരു ജോലിയും ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. മുട്ട കഴിച്ചപ്പോ മാത്രമാണ് ഒന്ന് ഉഷാറായത്.

Veg മാത്രം കഴിച്ചാൽ weight കുറയുന് ആരാ പറഞ്ഞെ. ഞാൻ വെജ് ആണ് എനിക്ക് വെഇഘ്ട് കൂടുതൽ ആയത് kurachu,food. അളവ് കുറച്ചു exercise ചെയ്താൽ വണ്ണം കുറയും.
