The Mzee should appeal the case citing the sexual offence Act remedies that says if somebody is under age and he /she represented his/her self as a mature adult. And in this case child he is referring to should be used as an example the fact that she was mature 4 sex

This man should have married a mature lady given his age. Secondly,if he was really serious,he should have asked the girl's parents for a hand in marriage. However,that was a harsh judgement considering the lady had a child before meeting him,meaning she wasn't defiled and was in the union willingly.
