聽完突然湧起想清理過世兩年嘅爸爸舊物，一覺醒來就响FB睇到有機構需要男裝禦寒衣物。我首先比媽咪睇一次呢集，佢睇完都好受感動，同意我可以執拾。執完間房氣場清新晒之餘又幫到人，爽呀！

斷捨離最難嘅一關係要捨棄父母留下嘅物件, 例如佢哋曾經寫俾自己嘅信，媽媽寫下數十個食譜(從來未煑過), 佢哋最愛嘅衣服手袋等等....暫時都係唔捨得, 未做到！亦好似唔想做到！

1:22:18真係唔好迫, 我有過一個經歷 , 別人没徵求我的同意, 掉走我近百的vidéo , 會帶來好多負面情緖 ,憤怒傷害委屈等等......久久不能平伏 !

有時都幾羨慕一個人住可以咁隨心。我要斷捨離係會好似做賊咁偷偷掉野，因為身邊嗰個係連小學紀念册或者廿年前部電腦嘅收據都唔會掉嘅，我一有野想唔要係要承受好大壓力同答好多問題。😅

I think this is something which, maybe it does come with age... and not before... which is that.... "Are you ready to let go?"..... I also have an English book on Tibetan Buddhism. It is all about "letting go"... of the attachment. Letting go of the emotional attachments, even before we reach the end of life... I think there is something similar in the Korean TVs.. about... getting youngsters to lie in a coffin... to feel so deeply ... Suddenly, they realised that their parents would be so much to them. Or that they will speak softer to them. Or whatever it may be. I think it brings you back to the "present" moment. It is very powerful. I think you're supposed to hold the items really hard to yourself... and then.. internalise this feeling of gratefulness. Then the item can be given away. Cos the feelings will always stays with your heart. And not the item. You're claiming back your feelings and emotions. And bring yourself back to the present moment of life... regardless of the direction or goals. Just turn around or other. As some friends say, "stay grounded". Very proud of you Ms Goo. Never knew your music until recent years... but.. the YT feeds and the algorithms are like dragging up all your songs... I'm amazed at your entire portfolios.

I think the book also teaches you that this is an emotional journey for the individual person.. and you can't dilute his space. His emotional well. :)
