This all started with the Pharrell produced track..."What Happened to That Boy feat. The Clipse". Baby never payed Pharrell for it and Push never forgot about it which is why he has always went at Baby. Plus Lil Wayne was wearing Billionaire Boys Club clothes in videos after Pharrell told him not to. Drake step into the beef between the two camps instead of understanding that these issues were present before him and playing his position by stepping to the side and letting them air it out. Push dissed Wayne and Baby and Drake responded. And he clowned Kid Cudi's mental illness so he's kinda getting back what he gave Pusha.
