1) When a nation built a museum to expose its own crime in the past instead of cover it up. When its clear goal is for its people to remember instead of brainwash them to forget. That nation has demonstrated its society & culture have truly progressed. We see similar examples in Germany today. 2) Unfortunately & ironically, history does continue to repeat itself because some nations today believe they have finally achieved exceptional power and therefore old lesson about crime against humanity does not apply to them. 3) That old lab for chemical weapon research built nearly 100yrs ago shown on this video strangely reminds me of another lab for biological virus research today only 1,800km away from this island.....

Similar to when China said it's a peace-loving country working hard for world peace, therefore, it built missile/ radar bases on the coral reefs of the S.China sea because that whole sea belongs to the PRC.... The only difference is that the Senkaku/Dioyudao are actually real islands instead of reefs and much much smaller than the whole S.China sea....
