Students who waste their whole day in internet and mobile regret daily at night and go into deep thought of overthinking and self introspection. But it all fades away quickly the next morning itself. Children trapped in this cycle feel ashamed of themselves and want to overcome it. This is a motivational video by Alakh Pandey sir, Physics Wallah.
