Ingredients for malai pyaz - सामग्री
12 to 15 small onions (१२ से १५ छोटे प्याज)
3 tbsp fresh cream (३ चम्मच ताजा मलाई)
2 tomatoes (२ टमाटर)
1 green chili (१ हरी मिर्च)
4-5 cashews (४-५ काजू)
9-10 garlic cloves (९-१० लहसुन की कलियां)
2 tsp red chili (२ चम्मच लाल मिर्च)
2 tsp coriander powder (२ चम्मच धनिया पाउडर)
1 tsp salt (१ चम्मच नमक)
1 tsp turmeric powder (१ चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर)
2 tbsp coconut flakes (२ चम्मच नारियल बुरादा)
2 tbsp oil - २ चम्मच तेल (Total)
1/2 tsp cumin - (१/२ चम्मच जीरा)
1/2 tsp kalonji - (१/२ चम्मच कलोंजी)
a pinch of asafoetida - (चुटकी भर हींग)
