Friends, today I am sharing Rajasthani Thali Recipe with
(1) Khooba Roti
(2) Onion Shaak
(3) Dahi Haldi
This is mini thali with only three items. All items prepared here are unique and have distinctive taste of their own. Khooba Roti is very popular Rajasthani bread. For Onion sabji I have extracted slices of onion and made simple sabji with caramelizing and adding few spices. It is very tasty though. Dahi Haldi is also a very simple recipe and is very tasty item here. Both Pyaj sabji and Dahi Haldi perfectly compliments Khooba Roti. I hope you would like this Mini Rajasthani Thali to try at home.

INGREDIENTS
ONION SHAAK
3 to 4 no. medium size onions (प्याज)
2 tbsp oil (तेल)
½ tsp mustard seeds (राई)
½ tsp methi seeds (मेथी दाने)
Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ते)
⅛ tsp hing (हिंग)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
1 tsp coriander cumin seeds (धनिया जीरा पावडर)
1 tsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
Half a lemon (निम्बू)
1 tsp sugar (चीनी)
Chopped coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
DAHI HALDI
2 tbsp oil (तेल)
½ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
Chopped green chilli (हरी मिर्च)
Chopped ginger (अदरक)
Chopped mint leaves (पुदीना)
¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
A cup of curd (दही)
Chopped coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
KHOOBA ROTI
¾ cup fine wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा)
¼ cup coarse wheat flour (गेहूं का दरदरा आटा)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
2 tsp pure ghee (शुध्ध घी)
Water (पानी)
Pure ghee (शुध्ध घी)
